Lighting Your Candle

1. Trim the Wick: Before lighting, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This helps prevent soot and ensures a clean, even burn.

2. Light Safely: Use a match or lighter to ignite the wick. Take a moment to enjoy the warm glow as it starts.

Burning Tips

1. Initial Burn: On the first burn, let your candle burn for at least 2 hours. This helps the wax pool evenly across the top for a better burn.

2. Avoid Drafts: Keep your candle away from drafts, fans, and air conditioning to ensure an even burn and to avoid uneven melting.

Ongoing Care

1. Keep the Wick Trimmed: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch regularly. This helps reduce soot and keeps the flame steady.

2. Prevent Tunneling: If you notice tunneling (where the wax burns down the middle), gently push the melted wax towards the edges to help it burn evenly.
