Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from the flammable objects.
Trim the wick before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.

Can I just buy a 'normal' candle?
Yes absolutely. You can purchase a standard candle for single use. Option available on product page.
When will my order ship?
Currently our postie pick up days are Tuesday and Friday. The cut off for packing prior to each pick up, is usually midday the day prior, but can vary, so please just use this as a guide only.
What if my order is urgent?

What if my order is delayed?
Once the package is posted, it is out of our control, and with the carrier, however, please contact us so that we can escalate any queries and chase on our end. Please note that Black Friday and Christmas periods usually result in significant delays so please factor this in prior to purchasing with us.
